Enalia for Gold and Diamond Ultra All-Inclusive Guests: A Taste of the Greek Countryside by the Sea
Enalia Seaside Restaurant offers a sense of place. With dishes inspired by traditional Greek countryside cooking and a setting just steps from the sea, every meal feels like a connection to the land, its people and its timeless recipes.
Here, the inspiration is drawn from village gatherings and island kitchens. From slow-roasting lamb “antikristo” beside the fire, to wood-oven pies with handmade phyllo that flake under the fork. Skewers (“souvles”) are grilled to that perfect crisp, while “magirefta” dishes — slow-cooked in pots and clay — evoke the comforts of tradition, from one end of Greece to the other.
Τhe setting? Steps from the beach, under the open sky. It’s our way of bringing the Greek countryside to the coast, with food made from memory, and served with soul.
